ROUND HOUSE, BOA ISLAND, FERMANGH

This is a 5500 sq. ft. contemporary zero fossil emissions dwelling. The aim of this development is to
demonstrate what is possible to achieve in terms of sustainability within the modern living environment.
The structures energy performance design was developed to minimise energy requirements and include
renewable energy and energy efficient technologies. Specifications were developed for the insulation
materials, water supply, electrical and heat sources from renewable energy.
